The Truth About HDMI Cables?

I am looking to purchase some HDMI cables for my new 42' Plasma. I have been researching via the internet and have found a lot of conflicting information. Is there really a difference between a $200 Monster HDMI cable vs. a generic $15 cable? Also if there is no significant difference what are the best "generic" brands? and where can a purchase them?

Re: The Truth...

Don't waste your cash on Monster. Go to monoprice.com these people sell a great product at the fraction and I mean fraction of the cost for a Monster product. I purchased ALL of cables through monoprice.(2 HDMI. 2 sets of digital component. 1 optical.) All of this for less than what it would cost for 1 Monster HDMI. 1 of my HDMI cables is a 6 footer as well. All are great. The picture quality is amazing.

Have Fun.
