I doubt the Bible will be totally banned. Just from public places if the ACLU keeps pushing.

As for gay marriage, do you doubt the democrats will push to legalize gay marriage nationwide?

Even so, the question that comes up when things like this are in the mail: Who really sent it? It's easy to put a return address on an envelope, and FUD is a common tactic in a lot of places besides Redmond, Washington.
