The Ricky Gervais Show (Paid version)

I have listened to all 12 free podcasts and I really love them however, I purchased the first episode of the ''new'' Ricky Gervais show on iTunes (via Audible).

First off iTunes only offered me the option to buy a single episode, not a whole series as advertised, and it cost

Only the Audible website itself offers subscriptions. A downside to that is you have to install their software.

I think this podcast will see a pretty significant drop off from the 400,000 they claim right now. Of course even if they lose 75% of the audience, that's still $700,000 a month. Even if they only get to get 5% of that $35,000 a month would be nothing at which to sneeze.

Rubbish audio quality

I too have downloaded and paid for episode 1 of the new ricky gervais show. The audio quality is terrible compared with the original 12. Some of it is distorted.
Absolute rubbish, but because its not FREE it bothers me, if it was free I wouldn't mind putting up with it.
