If the Iphone is for cingular, than that means it uses a simcard. Also Tmobile uses simcards, so does that mean that if you have Tmobile you can use the iphone.

the iphone will be able to work with t-mobile. if want to use it on t-mobile, you'd have to unlock it or try to find an unlocked one. Either way, when/if you get it, you'd have to adjust the internet settings for the email and browser to work.

Only if it can be unlocked

Sure you can stick a T-Mobile SIM card into a Cingular phone, but that doesn't mean it'll work. The phone would have to be unlocked in order to use the T-Mobile service, and my guess is that there won't be a way to unlock it that doesn't totally screw up the phone.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
