The I/O operation has been aborted

by mab_bond / March 13, 2007 7:11 AM PDT

Recently I formatted my pc, so I reinstall windows xp sp2, but when I tried to install my scanner canon lide20 first I got the error "the class installer has denied the request to install this device" so I found that is was suppossed to be a virus interfering with my device, I downloaded some antivirus apps, they didn't find anything bout now when I plug my device I got this error "The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request". Does anybody know how I can solve this and use my scanner?
