HAHAHAHA!

Hahahaha that's so funny! More and more people are hosting these things themselves by following a step by step guide. They really don't know what they are doing. Personally I think these people deserve to be hacked, since they did not put the time or hire someone (like me) to maintain their software/servers.

Sounds like you are in the survival of the fittest camp.

In this case, the collaborative nature of the blogosphere seems to be coming to the rescue.

JOINING WORDPRESS HAS BEEN A DISASTER - CAN IT BE FIXED?
Oct 21, 2008 11:35AM PDT

OMG if I'd only known. Wordpress sounded perfect to give my website a little more life on the web, FOR FREE. Unfortunately, nobody tells you how to do anything or the effect of anything you do. Worst of all, when you have a real problem and can't remember all of the information for the support request form - I thought I did, but I was wrong - you can't submit the form and there is no way to get to anyone in the ?organization? I used my domain name as the name of my blog. Now anything sent to my website goes directly to wordpress. It does not go to my website. In fact, I can't even get to my website. When I type in the name of my website, I can only go to wordpress. Does this mean I will have to get a new domain name - this one was not that easy to find. I am completely freaked out, and my business is being ruined. AND I HAVE NO WAY TO GET ANY HELP FROM WORDPRESS. HELP!!! Thank you.
