My little brother deleted my norton anti-virus software without using un-install. Now I can't install my new norton because it detects (The Ghost) the other norton. After which I went to add/remove programs to bust the ghost and it won't delete it with uninstall because it says there is no log info on the first norton being installed, yet it's still there but in noway operating.I don't have origenal norton software, only new one which like I said won't work. HELP ME PLEASE!
