The following message could not be delivered to all recipien

Help. My MSN Live Messenger died on me. It shows me online however when someone sends me a message i do not reviece it. Also when i send a message to someone i get "The following message could not be delivered to all recipients:" I have tried to use Webmessenger and it does the same thing.
Live messenger worked about twice today. I had a 5 min talk with my frend and after thats when it started. Then i was playing around with it...uninstalling an reinstalling then it worked for about 30 seconds when i told my friend that my msn doesnt work and he had the chance to say thats strange. After that it broke again.
I signed on with a diffent account and the same thing happens.
I have windows xp home edition version 2002 service pack 2.
So please any help would be wonderful!
