The FDR ?hit piece? revisited

by duckman / September 11, 2006 2:52 AM PDT

A short time ago I received a reply from a moderator in regards to my complaint of a much to common ?I hate George bush and here are a bunch of lies to illustrate such? post. (Not written by a mod this time). The response I got was a combination of delirious babble of nonsense and the only clear thing I got from it was ?baiting is ok in SE?.

For those who didn?t ?get it?, my thread on FDR was the exact same pile of poo, garbage, filth, crap, bilge, dreck, dung, rot, slime, gunk, bull, flapdoodle, baloney and hogwash that routinely gets passed off here as valid discussion material.

here. Generally I'm just expressing my opinion. The one time I did post something that raised the ire of most here and I acknowledged it was baiting, it was removed in seconds.

You didn't get the Okay, you interpreted what he said as an okay. I recieved a very similar response from Bob Proffit, but decided against too broad an application of his "SE is like hockey, if you don't want to get hit, stay off the ice" response.

Clearly you were happy to indulge in baiting, which comes as no surprise, without thinking the thing through. No free will? Do everything somebody tells you to? Fortunately my 19 year old didn't go through that stage, so I have all these arguments saved up and no one to use them all. If he told you to jump off a bridge ... Nah, skip that one.

Aside from that he has NEVER indulged in frothing, foaming, ranting, inaccurate, disgusting, accusatory, nonsensical, incoherent, insane or inflammatory tirades against George Bush, Republicans, Americans or anything or anyone else!

What were you thinking of?

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
