Can you recap the issues (and how you fixed such) as well as describe your network and what firewalls are in place?

This is the message I receive when I try to open certain secure pages on the web. I have tried IE, Mozilla and Netscape. All the latest versions. Cannot even go in to microsoft updates because none of the browsers let me.
Please Help...I'm desparate.
