The black on my moniters are highlighted

The blacks on my new monitor are highlighted. Like you are looking at it from an angle. I don't know how to get rid of it. The only way for it to look normal is if I actually look at the screen from a side angle, It all looks normal then. Any thoughts? I have an Acer GD235HZ.
