Lacking Information..

You have given us very little (if any) information, past "it won't let us do anything". Have you made any attempts to remove it? If so, what specifically did you do?

I realize this is your first time posting. On the very top of where you submitted your post, there's a note (in red) which in part reads:

Note: If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem

At this point the only help I can offer is the following removal guide. "How to remove AV Security Suite (Uninstall Guide)

Scroll down to where you see, "Automated Removal Instructions for AV Security Suite using Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware:" and follow ALL the instructions. Paying special attention to Step 2 where it notes: "It is possible that the infection you are trying to remove will not allow you to download files on the infected computer. If you run into this problem when following the steps in this guide you will need to download the files requested in this guide on another computer and then transfer them to the infected computer. You can transfer the files via a CD/DVD, external drive, or USB flash drive."

Let us know how you make out..
Best of luck..

The instructions in the removal guide I previously posted, differs very little from the one I'm including below. Look at both. If one is more applicable, follow it. If neither is, let us know that too.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
