Does anyone have a solution?
I had to abreviate the above error message a bit;
Basically, since I've upgaraded my iTunes to its current version, I get this message. No matter if I adjust burn speeds/change media brands, iTunes will freeze at this message.
I've followed R.Proffitt's previous advices with quite a bit of success.
Hopefully, this one can be rectified soon as well.
Here's a look at the iTunes Run Diagnostics report for my PC:

If you have multiple drives on the same IDE or SCSI bus, these drives may interfere with each other.
Some computers need an update to the ATA or IDE bus driver, or Intel chipset. If iTunes has problems recognizing CDs or hanging or crashing while importing or burning CDs, check the support site for the manufacturer of your computer or motherboard.
Current user is administrator.
