this app was updated on 3/15 and ever sense I installed the update I get I force close error every time I try to open it if any one else has this issue and knows how to fix it please let me know I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall it and I factory reset and I have contacted Google play and the developer but I have yet to get a replay

.....only the developer is going to be able to resolve the issue. Need to wait for them to respond or just delete it from your device.
Indeed, contact the developers on Google Play or leave a comment there. The developers should know about the bug. Not sure it is possible to resolve it on your own.
I can not tell you if this works on this app but another app did the same. Seems their update was not so good and I found that if I cleared the app's data it would work again.

To be clear I had rebooted the droid and if the app was running I stopped it then tapped the CLEAR DATA button.
This is not a for sure cure but something I've learned to try.
