Let me truly apologize for not acknowledging your reply
to a question I posed on 2/09. I did not know that U had given such knowledge-able information until today. I was doing a re-read on prior information that has been given to questions I have asked and came across all that info. I also will study your answers for learning sakes and Thanks again. When Grif stated go ahead and delete the Temp IE5 files, I did, but they keep coming back. That info should be bumped to this present page. Its now located on page 25 "Hi Everybody". Now that thats out of the way. "PStarter" What is it? I cant open photos cause I need Pstarter.exe. I downloaded it, but now its says I need Pstarter.dll and I cant find it anywhere. Do it exist? Where can I find it? I was using ACDeeSee for photos, but it expired. What is a good software for photo viewing? Thanks again.

Go to www.irfanview.com. It's good for viewing, and free, and won't expire.

Hope this helps,

Kees

1. Don't know since I've not used this program, but 'u can download "PStarter.zip" at this site which consists of the file PStarter.dll only.

2. Seems strange to me that this site labels the download as MGI Photo Suite SE 1.06 and it consists only of that one file.

3. I suggest going with the use of IfranView and then associate certain graphics to it.

4. When Grif stated go ahead and delete the Temp IE5 files, I did, but they keep coming back.

Note: The reason is that this is the nature of the beast - Internet Explorer.
