Thanks Bob....(+) a question about memory message

by MelanieCM / August 24, 2005 10:56 AM PDT

Thanks for the time and info...went through the steps and there was no worm and doesn't seem to be a virus??
Could the virtual memory play a part? It's low, I've deleted and or transferred some files. Is there anything else I can do? Delete downloaded songs, pictures?
Thanks for your help!
Also...I keep getting a message about virtual memory too low...any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Just checked it out. It looks like the worm is still intact

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
