Texting / Instant Messaging

I text message and instant message A LOT, and I need some advice on which phone to get, regardless of carrier. I also use the internet quite frequently so it wouldn't hurt to have a web browser. Any help would be appreciated.

the helio ocean is a good device for texting and IM'ing. it has video streaming and all the great high end stuff. Or you could look into the LG enV for verizon. If those arent your thing, a sidekick is great choice. The new Sidekick iD is really affordable if youre on a budget.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
