text problems

All of a sudden, I notice that my text is fuzzy. I would say it's pixalated. It just started a few days ago. I have updated my driver, tried different monitor resolutions. Not sure what else to do. I am running Windows Vista premium, 4 gig of ram, Nvida geforce 6150 LE video card.

I have XP,not sure about vista,what I did is>properties>appearance tab>effects button>and check the box for "use the following method to smooth edges of screen fonts",and from the drop down menu I select "clear type"
