I recently had major repairs carried out to my laptop. Prior to that I was sometimes finding that when I was typing an email, the keys I was striking didn't always correspond to what was appearing on the screen: I just found a load of gobbledygook. That problem has gone away but the current problem is that I can be in the middle of an email when the cursor repositions itself somewhere further back in the message and continues from that point. What can I do to prevent this as it means I have to type with one eye on the screen.
I'm using Vista SP2 with Firefox as my browser and BTYahoo as my email provider. Although I have IE I haven't actually tried sending a message from there rather than from Firefox.
