Can be done, more or less.

After adding the text fields, go to the place where you want the copy to appear and insert a cross-reference there. Just like you can cross-reference to the pagenumber or the text of a heading, you can cross-reference to the text of form field (it's in the bookmark category, and you can even use Insert>Bookmark to give it a better name than textbox1, textbox2, ...).

But you need to refresh the copy yourself with a right-click>refresh. Or by saving and reopening the document.
