HI,I have now spent from 8.30 this morning trying to upgrade my iPhone with o2.I am a current iPhone user and have registered my interest in upgrading from the first hour o2 contacted me by text.
I got a text at 8.30 this morning to go online and submit an order which would be couriered to me on Friday morning. Try as I might over 20 times in fact before lunchtime the form would not submit. I contacted o2 by phone who advised me to go to my local store which I then did and they also were unwilling to help. 40Mile round trip and 2 hours wasted, non the less as an avid fan I kept on trying,so returned home to try online again. Wasted another hour but this time I also contacted o2 customer services who went through everything I was doing but but could only say that due to high demand the online system was not working as it should and to try again later. At this stage a friend of mine arrived to say that he registered this morning and his has been confirmed to be delivered on Friday morning,he is not a current iPhone user or even an o2 customer.
I have just went online once more to put my order in and have been told that they are sold out. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. What a farce o2.
