Microsoft Office or Microsoft Works.. There are others which also have envelope templates.. As just an example, the Microsoft Works program which comes pre-installed on a number of brand name computers contains an envelope template.. If you've got Works, then open the program and explore it to find the Envelope setup portion of Works.
If you're needing to "mail merge" mailing addresses with other databases so they print to the envelope, then the instructions are usually included in the process.
If you don't have either of the programs below, then let us know a program you do have installed which would allow you to set up the template.. If you don't have any such program, there is a free OpenOffice program on the net which you can download by doing a search on Google.
Hope this helps.
I have Windows XP and an HP computer installed on my computer. I am interested in creating what is called a ?template? for printing envelopes. Can anyone tell me exactly how to do that? Thank you very much. user470
