Four killed in suicide blast claimed by Islamic Jihad

Conal Urquhart in Tel Aviv
Saturday February 26, 2005
The Guardian

Tentative hopes of reviving the Middle East peace process were jolted last night when a suicide bomber blew himself up outside a seafront karaoke nightclub in Tel Aviv, killing at least four people and wounding dozens.
An air of palpable shock hung heavy over Israel's second city after the first suicide bombing in Israel for almost four months - and the first since the Palestinian president, Mahmoud Abbas, succeeded Yasser Arafat earlier this year.

they better do someting or its bye bye peace

Did anyone really believe
by Jerry562 / February 27, 2005 11:31 PM PST

in the concept of peace in that part of the world? I don't think the Palestinians will stop until all Israelis are dead. They wanted them dead before the 67 war and the Israelis took that land (not from Palestine mind you), giving it back won't change anything.

I wouldn't rush it on Iran

One, they've signed a deal for Russia to supply them with fuel for their reactor and Russia is also going to dispose of their spent fuel. It's fair to wait and see at this point.

Two, you best be ready to deal with China in you're going to attack their main source of energy. China now consumes more energy that anyone else in the world and Iran is their largest supplier. It could get sticky if someone interrupts that supply.
