1.) Use Task Manager (press Ctrl + Shift + Esc and look through the Processes tab) to terminate TechTracker.
2.) Browse through C:\Program Files and delete the folder containing Cnet TechTracker.
There will be traces left behind, but such will produce no side-effects.

I am trying to remove TechTracker from my computer using the unistaller packaged with it. It says it's removed, but next time I start my computer, it's right back there. I'm running Windows XP. Thanks.
