I'm running 64-Bit Windows 7 with Service Pack 1. Tech Tracker installed with no problem, but doesn't recognize my computer -- so I reinstall Tech Tracker, per instructions -- and the newer version ALSO doesn't recognize my computer. Does someone have a clue as to why this should happen, and how to solve the problem?
