Hello razade,

Thanks for letting us know! We are unaware of any such application errors when running the CNET TechTracker .exe file in Windows (XP, Vista and Windows 7 at least).

My first suggestion is to re-install CNET TechTracker. Go to "Add & Remove Programs" in your Control Panel, locate CNET TechTracker, and uninstall it. You can then download the newest version of CNET TechTracker from your custom page (http://www.cnet.com/techtracker/app).

To assist you further than this, we will need more information. However, I would urge you to consider not posting this information in a public forum. You are welcome and encouraged to open a support ticket so our technical support team can assist you further.

To do so, visit http://cnet.custhelp.com and click on the "E-mail Support" tab. Fill in your support ticket, and be sure to select the "CNET TechTracker" category so we receive your ticket right away.

Regards,
CNET TechTracker Support
