Tech Tracker page not found?

Jan 29, 2010 11:34PM PST

When I try to open the TechTracker page in my web browser, I get a "We're sorry, but the page you requested could not be found" page. Has TechTracker been discontinued?

TechTracker has not been discontinued...

However, the servers occasionally return erroneous "Page not found" errors when the page actually does exist. Such are usually just temporary glitches that either resolve themselves or are quickly patched by the engineers. Just give it some time and then try again. If the issue persists, post/report the exact URL that's producing the error and the engineering team can look into it.

it might as well be discontinued

I haven't received any result from pressing the "Open Page" button but the "Page not found" error message for some time now. If the pages can't display, the program might as well be discontinued.

They are all working here...

Although I am unsure what "open page" button you're referring to, the TechTracker application and website are functioning properly and without incident here. As I noted previously, "if the issue persists, post/report the exact URL that's producing the error and the engineering team can look into it." Also, tell us a little more about the problem, including what operating system and browser you are using.

Your "page not found" issue is related to missing scan info
Feb 2, 2010 8:53AM PST

Hello hasan_6914,

For some reason, we do not have any scan results listed for your account (assuming you are logging into the same CNET account as this one). This is most likely why you are seeing page errors when trying to review your results.

Unfortunately, to track down your scan results (since they are not linked to your account) we will need to get more information from you that we do not recommend sharing in a public forum. We will open a support ticket on your behalf and will be in touch soon (most likely in the morning).

Regards,
