Tech Tracker insists program is out of date that isn't

Nov 17, 2009 3:55PM PST

Specifically, it insists that Webshots is out-of-date. Well, Webshots says it isn't.

It keeps telling me to update Firefox. But, it's the same update over and over. Firefox will tell me if it's out of date. I don't need Tech Tracker to tell me this about Firefox, especially when it keeps telling me I have to download the same update over and over.

Granted, Tech Tracker found programs that I forgot were on the computer that I don't need, so I uninstalled those, but when it keeps reminding me to update programs that are as updated as they're going to get, I find it to be nagging.
