Hello,
Sometimes OS updates and other system changes will cause your computer to look like a new system to CNET TechTracker. This makes a second entry in your machine list that is not shown by default. The next time you load your update list take a moment to look for the machine pop up menu (top left on the list). I think you might see more than one machine there. If so you might want to click the "Manage computers" link to remove the unused machine entry.
Please consider using the support ticket tool next time you have trouble.
Regards,
CNET TechTracker Support
Tech scan tells me my last scan was 2009-10-23 and daily asks me if I wish to install a new version of Techtracker even though I have already installed the latest version. It also tells me updates are available for every application that has updated in the last six months. How can I get TechTracktor to rescan my software?
