Sorry to hear about the issue you are having!

The CNET TechTracker app does work on Windows 7, what you are most likely running into is our current limit of one monitored machine per account! If this is the case, you most likely installed TechTracker on your Vista machine first, and then tried it on your Windows 7 machine?

If you'd like to switch over to using TechTracker on your Windows 7 machine, you can start the process on your TechTracker page. Click the red "Change Computer" link and you will be given instructions to do so.

Quick tip: You can view your monitored machine's results from any computer by logging into http://www.cnet.com/techtracker/ and clicking on the "My Software" tab.
