Tech heads please respond! Vizio D43-C1 vs. TCL 40FS3800

It's Black November and both of these are on super deals right now. Now when it comes to TVs I'm not super tech savvy, but I'm still learning of course. I'm trying to figure out which beats which when it comes to specs. I know that the TCL has a Roku TV installed and the Vizio doesn't. But I'm wondering who would win in a battle if the Vizio had a Roku installed. I know the Vizio has a 3 in advantage over the 40 inch TCL but I'm speaking specs here. I know that video quality is pretty equal but I would like everyone's opinions please

Why can't I click on the user name to see post history, etc.(?)

I Go with Vizio.

Reason, full-array led back-lite. which might mean better PQ (not sure though)...and it's $40 cheaper. I think Roku3 cost around $75 now. (I am no tech head...I don't think so, hehe).
