Thanks JB,
I'm getting the system for a fair price..from Tigerdirect. I'm looking forward to the challenge of trying to understand all this "TECH" I've seen both good & bad comments on this system CNET seems to have given it a 7 of 10. Looking forward to getting the biggest bag for my buck with further research. Once again thanks for your kind & knowledgeable reply.

That ''ATI Radeon Xpress 200'' is not a dedicated video card. It is video circuitry integrated into the motherboard that uses some of the slower system memory (RAM).

To make the system a good gaming computer, many have added a dedicated video card (one that has its own very fast memory) to the empty PCI Express X16 slot in the motherboard and disabled the onboard video. This also means that they install a higher Wattage power supply unit (PSU) to handle the video card.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
