TCP/IP

Apr 3, 2009 5:57AM PDT

Following some sharp words with my distant ISP, regarding dropping connection (error721). they stated that they have checked my lines and from their aide all was "well". I connect to my broadband via a USB ADSL Wan adapter (sagem). They suggested that my TCP/IP needs resetting (reinstalling) I find that Microsoft has a set up to undertake this but with the warning that if put into practice I cannot reverse the process. I am a little doubtful about going down this avenue anyone any experience of this and is it OK to use??? Many thanks for any advise Dave
