TCL Roku tv

I purchased a 32" TCL Roku tv for my bedroom a little over a month ago from Best Buy and when I recently went to turn it on I just get a red screen with the words "TCL Roku TV" on it and the IR sensor light below the tv that receives the signal from the remote control is constantly blinking. I tried resetting the tv with no success. I unplugged it for a period of time but nothing seems to work. Is my tv dead? Should I contact TCL support?

See if you can exchange it at Best Buy.

Sometimes that's the fastest fix.

As to the IR sensor light try unplugging it for at lest 10 minutes then test again.
