Let's clear this up fast. Outside of say these USB DISPLAYS (example at http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-Portable-USB-Powered-Monitor-MB168B/dp/B00FE690DI we usually never go looking for monitor drivers. We set the video mode on the video card to match the monitor and we are done.
https://www.google.com/search?q=LED24B2800M&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8#q=LED24B2800M+1080 finds a pretty rare display so I would be guessing if this is the normal 1920x1080 display. Be sure to send it 50 or 60 Hz depending on the model and then here's a note on native resolution.

Bear in mind if this rare display is junk, nothing will help that!

Hi.
I've tried to sort this for hours and led me nowhere. Anyway, I bought this new TCL 24" Monitor Model: LED24B2800M.
I connected it to my Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit PC via HDMI cable. However, I could not figure out totally as to why on Device Manager, this monitor uses a [Generic PnP Monitor Driver], and makes the monitor resolution, given it uses AMD Radeon HD 6530D Graphics, the text looks horrible to read. Video is tolerable but the text, for goodness sake, even ClearType is on, wouldn't help. I thought its the resolution of the Monitor itself (this TCL has a built-in settings) and thus, tweaking both the monitor settings and display settings thru Catalyst did not fix my problem, until I figured out from the device manager that the driver is Generic for the monitor. I just thought if I could make the Monitor detect the right display driver it would work. I tried manually selecting AMD settings, updated Catalyst, download AMD Radeon HD6530D drivers, still not fixed.
