Taskbar Stuff help!

Hello everybody!

So after installing a new theme, I got this problem where all the stuff on taskbar (Name it open windows, programs, folders, etc...) became too small! Let me show you a picture of what I mean:

I know it is most likely easy to fix it, but I've been looking for a solution and can't find it! Thanks in advance!
