That's a terribly written post. Think of others when you post. A little paragraph break and don't shout if you can avoid it.

Think about it. You are asking for help. No need to shout.

Name calling and personal attacks are not permitted on these forums and such posts will be removed.

Next, there are two users in this thread who have tried to politely tell you that posting in all capital letters is consider SHOUTING, plus it makes it harder to read, not easier. Most new users tend to take such advice and use it instead of biting the hand that feeds them.

That said and moving on, if you've actually taken the computer to a shop and they said that "WE CANNOT FIX", then it's time to go to another shop or demand they fix the problems they created.. Unfortunately, you've not given us sufficient clues to help much more.. What operating system are you using? Laptop or desktop? Brand and model number? What was the name of the virus you've mentioned? What have you tried to do so far to fix the problem? (You mention the "WRITING IS IN SMALLER SETTINGS"..Have you tried changing the font size, or maybe the overall screen resolution? Many of those options are found in the Control Panel/Display section... Any information would be helpful.)

And since you stated to us: "IF YOU RIGHT CLICK ON YOUR MOUSE AND HILIGHT PROPERTIES AND THEN START MENU YOU WILL SEE WHAT I HAD BEFORE THE VIRUS." Since your typed words direct ME to do something on MY computer, I see nothing on THIS computer regarding what YOU "had before the virus".. Instead, are you referring to something you're seeing on your computer when you perform those actions..

Hope this helps and let us know more.
