Task manager issues

I am running XP home on a Dell Laptop...Somehow I have lost access to My task manager, where do I find it it to regain control of it The Error message says "task manager has been disabled by administrator"

move your mouse over the words in my other post and left click?

This will take you to a site that has some suggestions.

Read the suggestions to fix you problem.

I cant believe how easy that was ...Thank you so much.... I have been searching and trying diferent things and this fix took 2 minutes
