you right click on the Task Bar to make sure it is not locked then you drag the task bar to wherever you want it. Lock it afterwards to prevent it getting moved by accident.
My task bar use to be on the bottom of my desktop (horizontal) now it is on the right side going vertical. How do I get it back to the bottom?
