In XP all users were listed under "Documents and Settings", but with Win 7 only the current user lists in the Users folder, but Win 7 has "Public" folders

Two options;

1] Open Windows Explorer and go to Users. Expand that folder and you will see "Public" folders. Copy the files into there.

2] If you go to Start > Documents a Windows Explorer window will open and in the left hand pane, under "Libraries" you should see Documents, Music, Pictures, Videos, each with an arrow beside them. Click any of the arrows to expand each folder and under each heading you will find "Public (Documents, Music, Pictures, Videos)".

Whichever option you choose, copy your files into any of those, then log into the other user's account and see if they are there.
