Taking Trip to Australia, will my computer be compatible ...

by Annie UNC / February 6, 2010 9:40 AM PST

We are taking a trip to Australia in a few months. I am taking my Samsung Netbook and wondering if it will be compatible for Wifi? Would it be better if I were able to get on line by satelite or through a Cell Phone company?
This is all new to me.

It should

It should. They may have a few additional channels your US equipment won't be able to use, but there should be at least a few overlaps. Just remember to get some kind of power adapter.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
