Taking the measure of a man

by Del McMullen / September 23, 2004 5:22 AM PDT

Let?s see now,?to establish the depth of character and measure the
integrity of an individual, we should look for several activities with
which that individual organized or participated, such as:

Staged, and directed subordinates to film home movies depicting yourself
in a combat scenario in Vietnam,,,,
Assembled a group of individuals to film an ?investigation? (Winter Soldier)
of atrocities committed by American servicemen in Vietnam. An assembly
of veterans, veteran imposters, pretenders and liars?..
Appeared before the US Congress and related the ?results? of that ?investigation?
?..and made public statements, heard around the world, that these ?activities?
were the policies of this country??.
Attended a meeting wherein a proposal was discussed to assassinate members of
the US Congress, and did nothing about it???.
Met with representatives of a foreign power, in a foreign land, and sympathized
with their cause, while the US was engaged in armed conflict with forces of that
power, and while a commissioned officer of the US Armed Forces??
Take pride in the fact that your picture is on display in a foreign museum??.

Stand for election to the highest office of this land,?. without denying, retracting,
or apologizing for anything from years past.
