I had no idea such company policies existed. I worked at a place where they had a "dress code" but it was pretty flexible. They just wanted one to look professional - and had a "casual Friday" thing where it was expected everyone dress 'down' a bit from their usual attire. The only thing the boss really objected to was dressing better than he did (!). A quite nice guy in most respects, he could perhaps be regarded as vain.
My sister was once reprimanded by a judge for her "too short" skirt in court. (She's an attorney). Said judge, a woman, also objected to Victoria's lipstick colour ("too red" - whatever that is!), additionally, remarking that "In future, young woman, in MY court you will dress demurely and refrain from painting your lips". Vee could only reply "Yes, your honor" as most judges will brook no dissent on their orders. I guess some people just like to throw their "weight" around...

"Thousands joining the #KuToo movement."
Neat way they came up with the ... cute name.
