Tablets with Phone Capabilities

Is there a tablet with phone capabilities- want to forwards calls from office to tablet while off-site. Want to take notes while on "phone call".
Is this possible to do now or in near future??

(NT) Did you look at the Samsung Galaxy Tab?

I too have been (sort of) looking for this combination, but want more of phone to phone than video/computer connection. The best I found is that the Galaxy tab uses Skype, like others do. Seeing that it gives you a number, it's liking of a phone, but not one where a phone can call you, it's geared towards video conferences. If that is what you're wanting to do, than that's the way to go. Make sure your service carrier can use the tablet's signal, unless you're just dumping your old one for the one which comes with the tablet.
That's my spiel & am keeping a track on this to find out more.
