Tablet with Specific Purpose in Mind

Hi all, I am looking for a device in a tablet form factor that can output to vga AND charge at the same time. I'm pretty sure apple products can with the lightning to vga with power pass-through. However, I wanted to avoid spending a large amount of money. Is there any android based tablet that could do this cheaper? I am looking for a laptop and an adapter to do the above if needed. Thanks for the help!

No tablet to date

Since I've been here since tablets arrived, the ports have never had VGA output. So how did you end up looking for this? I've heard the request to have charge and output at the same time so for this round I think ANY Android tablet and the usual HDMI display with a Chromecast plugged in then casting to that screen is the answer.

Links Please

I realize that probably no android tablet exists like that. All I want to do is display vga out and charge at the same time - adapters are fine. Could you please explain in a little more detail how to set this up and provide links to the products I would need. Thanks for your time.

You have to give me links for this one.

What tablet has VGA output? Maybe, if you find that you can find a tech to make a charge cable?

You didn't reveal why it must be VGA. Maybe you are trying to recycle and as such hit a brick wall.

Again, why the VGA DEAD END?

How does the cast work?

Further, how would casting work? The only way to get input to the projector I want to project onto is with a vga cable. I'm not sure how I could cast to that screen.

really need all the info

If you want help, you need to tell us exactly what you are trying to do. in addition, give all model number of any projectors and other devices you want the tablet to work with. it would help us to help you. It took your third post to even mention projectors which would have made a major difference in the replies you would have gotten wasting our time and yours.
