Tablet Suggestion

Hello Guys, I have an old Lenovo Tab3 8 right now, which becomes super slow on a day to day use. Now I planning to upgrade. Another reason for the upgrade is Lenovo's update service is worst, didn't get any android upgrade in 3 years, still using old android v6.

My general use case
- Web browsing
- PDF reading (Research papers, Ebooks)
- Apps: Slack, Click up, Gdrive, Reddit, Dropbox, etc.

Don't care about
- Multimedia
- Gaming
- Camera
- LTE support

- 300 $ (20000 INR)

Any suggestions guys

Since many of us don't have a list of what's in your stores.

What are you seeing for your price point?

As to updates, almost all tablets have that issue. Even my Google Nexus tablet. For those that want to try another Android OS, they head to XDA Forum.

-> As to what you have I find a factory reset often brings the tablet back to speed.

How about Xiaomi Mi pad 4

How about that one?

I see there are reviews so you can check out the performance numbers ahead of time.

But it's going to be a repeat about the OS updates. No doubt there.

samsung s5e

the samsung s5e was just released a couple of weeks ago and getting a lot of praises. so far the only real issue is holding it in landscape with front facing camera on the left will mess with your wifi. in come cases even losing it. It is outside your budget but it is the latest android tablet.

I still plan on getting it the next time I am in best buy.
