Yes, parts are rarely found. And you run the risk of upsetting folk used to repairing things by telling them the truth. So I won't. Here's an article that covers the issues.

Hi.
My names David, and I'm new to the tablet forum.
Have a question thats been bugging me for days that I'm hoping you can help with.
My sister got a 10" Tablet bundle from a deal webiste.

She's accidentally cracked the screen..
Me being a computer technician, replacing the screen doesn't fase me, but finding replacement parts is proving to be a pain in the back side.
I can't find the relating make or model of the tablet, or even a part code on the screen once taken apart.
Anyone on here that could help? Or point me in the right direction?
