Tablet Launchers

I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy.
I'm trying to find a setting to remover the Dock form the bottom but can't find one.
I installed Go Launcher which I am able to show or hide the Dock but the icons are small even though I have them set to' Big'.
Are there any particular launchers I could use with this tablet that would allow me to hid the Dock and remove pages and still have the larger icons like with the original launcher?
