Tablet for artist

Need some help. Son needs laptop for artwork. Out of my league, over my head. He's talking Wacom penable, at least 8 bit pressure control. He is looking at Toshiba Satelite, r20 etc.

Question, would a hp 2xtz compare. I am not seeing specs that include bit pressure control or wacom on any of these models.

Provides those drivers and let's be honest. If you must get a tablet, don't until Windows 7 arrives which will make a big difference in all things tablet.
