If you are using Mailmerge, which is a handy way of creating Form Letters, you can set up fields to handle your variable data.
You can easily jump to the next field by pressing the <F11> key.
In wordperfect I used to be able to create a form letter and then use "alt Z" to tab to the next blank space in the document and put in the necessary word(s). I am trying to do this in word and I can't seem to figure it out. I am using Office 2003 with word 2003. Any suggestions?
